You just need one cell with this formula…

Wet weight * (100-Actual Moisture Content)/(100-Target Moisture Content)

wet weight can be bushels or pounds
I prefer to put an input cell that I reference the Target Moisture Content somewhere near my table of data. Sometime you may want to dry it down a bit more or less. This gives you flexibility for your table of data without needing to edit formulas. You could also include a dockage column if you wish and get a closer estimate on bushels.
