Iowa - Floyd County | Running a Montag with a 660, had to update the hydraulic system on the cart and need to update the harness as well but I’m having a hard time finding what I think I need.
The way it it currently set up is a 16 pin controller harness from the cab, at the hitch there is a short cable that adapts the 16 pin to a 6 pin “trailer plug” connector as well as the encoder wire. From there there was a couple extension harnesses to get back to the rear of the cart, they have been spliced together several times so I want to get rid of the mess and start over with a clean harness. Everything I find refers to a 37 pin harness for a 660 and that’s not what I have, I’m either looking in the wrong place or I’ve got something that’s older than their reference material goes back to.
What 16 pin harness do I need to get to the back? Or, since all I need are the Yellow, Green, and encoder wires, do I just build my own harness? Lastly, does anyone know which wire goes where on the PWM? It came with a pigtail that has a red and black wire but no wiring instructions on how to hook it up. Montag has been pretty much impossible to get ahold of so I’m reaching out here for help. Thanks.
First picture shows the adapter at the hitch from 16 pin to 6 pin and encoder. Picture 2 and 3 are the harness at the back with the old PWM connector. Picture 4 is the new hydraulic block with the PWM and pigtail.
