Neighbor bought a dash from them it did not work either, took it back , easily got his money back, they threw it in the trash, kind of a shame ended up not being the issue.
I need to call and tell them to send their trash to me LOL
I just got a crank from them, got it and figured out the gears were wrong, and they 100% offered to take it back at the first mention...told them I needed it, lets see if we can figure out the difference, so they looked at their other cranks they had pulled, and between my info, and their cranks I was able to find a gear that we could swap on and make this one useable for our application. Honestly, they did what I would have done in the same situation, so I can't complain but instead commend them on their customer service.
