| I have a plate that has a 2" receiver on it, have a receiver with a 2" ball, I have the receiver upside down so the ball is easily visible and has more room to move, I use this for the vast majority of the stuff around my yard from trailer to implements, I have pintle rings on most trailers, only have 2 things that I need a pin for but I have kids to help move those around. I however do not have any farm implements with clevis style hitches, hate them with a passion and believe clevis hitches should be outlawed.
This is the plate I have, very heavy duty, I have a Cat 289D Skid Steer and a Cat 906 Mini Wheel loader and push/pull way more that I probably should and have never bent/broke anything.
