Summertown Meals, the company actually selling the building package, is located about 100 miles west of me in middle Tennessee. They sell a lot of building packages throughout Tennessee. The building designs reflect our weather/ snow load in Tennessee. It might not be suitable for your area. They can design and build almost any type of pole barn or wood framed structure but as soon as you modify one thing on their "package deal" the price goes up, sometimes substantially.
