Insurance sucks. Have it, but don't dare use it or we will drop you..............
I can't imagine the guy not wanting to pay on it. Especially under the circumstances. If a guy was doing custom work for me and that happened he would have 2 new tires on my dime as fast as I could find them and an apology.
