Southeast WI | I think a very large area has experienced that. We were out towards La Crosse WI over the weekend of Aug 24 and that's when everything began dying across southern WI. Lot of corn was 2-3 weeks from black layer and areas of fields began shutting down then and no rain for a month now. Can't have plentiful rain all season and then shut the spigot off and not end it all early. Glad it didn't happen August 1.... | |
