The only real risk or gain is in the basis and spreads as far as pricing goes whatever you need to sell can be covered on the futures market, the carry in corn seems a little better than the carry in half a bin of beans, along with the fact that beans have way more shrink risk while in a bin. Lastly logistics are in favor of corn as it's more efficient to get your harvest completed if you bin the corn. In my view fill it with corn, and buy a couple three mini contracts of beans.
