East of Broken Bow | You sure about that? Looks like the 2 cops had their hands full on a guy who was already hit with a taser, and would not comply or go down. The guy with the baton was not trying to break his legs, he was using a takedown maneuver where you hit the legs, a little harder each time, until the guy gets to his knees.
How did the whole thing escalate to that point? What led up to the situation?
Again, I am not saying the cops were not over-reacting, but on the flip side, I also am not saying they were. Not enough facts out on the situation to know the truth, but it does look bad when he was down and got hit again.
