A simple do it yourself low cost solution is to just pour a new floor on top of the old floor without removing the bin or old concrete. We did several 24 ft bins many years ago doing this. Worked great, never had any issues and used those bins for many years. The new concrete held up very well. You'll lose a little bit of storage but whoop dee doo.

Mark your new concrete height around the outside bottom ring with a laser for level and pour the concrete through the door or, if it is too small of a door, pull off a ring on the second or third ring tier. I think we poured 5 inches of concrete. Screeding for level is easy on a 24 ft bin. We put the aeration floor back on the new concrete and put in new 8 inch unloads to replace a 6 inch. The 8 inch unloads were cheap back then.

The small bins are long gone now. Way too small now for us to mess with. Sure am glad we didn't put anymore money in them then what we did.
