So what is the acceptable rent on a .75ac alfalfa field that the BTO says is too small to farm so here is some alfalfa seed, plant it and hay it so I don't have to deal with weeds?  FWIW the BTO wanted a few beers and would even drive the tractor when we small squared that patch.   The reality is by the time you drive 2 miles and cut, 2 miles and rake, and 2 miles and bale all for 15 small squares on 4th cutting a guy would have been further ahead to leave the equipment in the shed afte tying up 3 hrs into $60 of hay.
