Illinois | 34 years old and probably never waxed until last year. I used Malco Rejuvenator with some sort of buffer pad the local auto detail shop gave me last year, and the first pic was the result. It took some paint off and left lots of residue and swirls. Trying to shine and even it back out this year, I’m using Malco Cherry Flash liquid wax, and pic 2 is the result. There are all kinds of water streaks and unevenness that wasn’t there before last year’s buffing. Before that, the paint was even but dull.
