Townsend, Montana | I have come to the exact same conclusions from a very similar journey. Only thing I will buy in the store are certain cheeses and butter that I have thoroughly vetted to be sure they contain no synthetic additives. (Phone calls and emails to the company - ingredients less than 2% don't have to be listed)
Have been eating a bit of produce out of the garden and feel great. But I had a cucumber from the store and had 4 canker sores a couple days later. Haven't had a single canker sore for nearly a year. Garden cucumbers don't bother me. Must be something sprayed on the produce in the store (I scrubbed it, but didn't peel it).
I have been eating lots of wheat out of the truck the last two months. Enough for 10 to 20+ slices of bread per day. Feel great as always. If I have a half of slice of store bought bread it's an instant gut bomb. | |
