Was just trying to point out that if an officer stops you 'for no reason' there is a chance that they could have just heard on the radio that someone matching your description just committed a major crime. If you are uncooperative, the likelihood of them thinking you may be the subject rises, and they will act accordingly. What may seem as a cop overreacting in hindsight (like approaching your car with his hand on their gun) may actually be proper procedure when approaching a suspected violent criminal. | |
