| I wouldn’t say that it only likes bankers’ hours and dry conditions from my experience. The first year I had one we had a really wet harvest, leaving 4” deep tracks behind the combine. I thought I was kidding myself going out to try and cut beans, I lightened up the pressure on the head and it floated amazingly. It’s actually worse when you have really dry weather and the bean leaves are laying really fluffy between the rows. That’s when I have trouble dragging when it gets tough. I’m sure your drapers work amazing, but not everyone can justify owning one
I’ve never ran into the issue of burning up the drive belt either. Must have a lot different conditions where we are compared to you
