.One was in Kansas for only having one plate on a farm pickup...I told him that Missouri only issues one plate and he finally let it go
A college classmate of mine that was from Missouri learned real quick in Hays, KS about not taking his Missouri farm truck to the bar first weekend after classes started. No rear plate will have the cops drooling in damn near any town at closing time. |
