To eat the equivalent amount of food (so you're not hungry 20 minutes later) you'd have to eat 4 McD's cheeseburgers.
That is the only reason McD's scored that well, there's hardly any food there.
Its a prime example of something where you need to look at the facts and make your own conclusion. Not what the author or sponsor of the study wants to tell you.
