NE Indiana | At this point I just need the truck back so hopefully they at least get the parts to get it back on the road and we can figure out billing later. They did apologize and said they would make it right, whatever that means. My opinion is the tech saw the clutch wasn't engaging and just went straight to replacing the compressor. Later finding out it was the temp sensor causing the issues. The oil fill neck is right beside the compressor and apparently that's what they broke. Then they couldn't get it out of the pan so needed to pull the pan and that's when something else broke. Thats everything they've told me so far. The problem is they have too many service writers. I've talked to 3 different ones in 2 days. That seems like a nightmare trying to keep things straight. | |
