NW Missouri | We bought the electronic version of both the washer and dryer probably 5 years ago. I wanted knobs, but wife uses the delay start feature a lot, and we had get electric controls to get that. Obviously you can't have an electric control washer and a knob control dryer (eyeroll). We did have some issues with the dryer due to the controls - they made 2 or 3 trips to our place and got it fixed. Never have had an issue with the washer. Wife is happy. Sure beats the frontload that didn't get clothes clean and the dryer I had to tear into 2 or 3 times a year that we had before.
So if you don't need delayed start, I'd go with knobs. If you do, we have gotten along good with the electronic ones, all things considered. | |
