| I had lamenctomy surgery when I was 30, I was a mason back then. Went back to work a week later, shouldn’t have, but did. That surgery had great results for me. If I lifted something really heavy the first few years after, I would get kind of a tingling feeling at the surgery site, but that has gone away now. I’m 40 now, and still no issues with my back, I try to take it easier on it than I use to, but you know how that goes | |
