Used to pick up at a cheese plant in western PA. Can't remember the town but it was somewhere in the New Castle/West Middlesex area. Lots of Amish worked there. Horses tied to buggies out back. Guys in denim clothes inside running fork lifts and all kinds of electrically powered equipment. Seemed somewhat of a contradiction to me but seemed to work for them.
