Southern Mn		Seal king or asphalt kingdom.

Same places that guys who seal coat driveways get their stuff.

There are multiple different kinds. Big difference is direct fire and oil melter.

Direct fire is the cheapest (meaning the application eauipment), works good, sets up fast.

Indirect or oil fired is expensive equipment, usually a much softer and flexible sealer, usually used on roads and bigger parking lots.
