I had a problem with one little wire in the Murphy switch once. If you have exhausted all possible air issues, I'd highly recommend swapping that switch. That wire would move with heat and just kill the engine. Next time it would run all day. The by pass wire didn't work since I wasn't bypassing the broken wire. Gave me fits for a week.
