Scranton | We were dryer last year. Has ZERO rain after aug 11 last year. My late corn mostly all died prematurely, costing me probably 30 bpa over getting a couple more rains.
This year we would be in the same boat, except we got 7/10 at the end of august. I now have spots dying prematurely, but for the most part I'm still green. I'd sure take another inch of rain this weekend. Am at half milk line or so, so still a few bushels to put on. | |
