Thanks. I’m running IOS 16.7.10 which was the latest update about a month ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if Apple screwed up the software as a previous version wouldn’t allow my laptop to read my phone. That error has been corrected.
I order a card reader that will plug into the phone.
