Depends on what your definition of rough is... high speed and rough usually involves head to ceiling. They do a nice job if the sod is gone, but I'd use an offset or heavy disc to break the rough and high speed to level it out. All the junk should be pretty rotted to come back and either high speed disk in the spring, or field cultivate.


I would do this and come back with a high speed disc, we run Kinze Mach tills and they do a good job of smoothing the ground. They have a solid rear roller that will drag dirt into small dips.
