I’ve also never had to drive 14 miles one way to sit and charge for 30 mins. That means an hour of time spent to get a charge.
You make that time up by never, EVER having to pull into a gas station to fill up when the EV charges overnight in your garage when you're driving locally, which is what most of us do way more than long trips.
