I think the OP is putting unnecessary limits on himself. I paid $5k for a running JD 3010 with a tricycle front end a few years ago and paid too much. Should have been able to get it for $3k. If he's looking for a tight turning radius the only way you'll get a tighter turning radius than that tractor is with a zero turn. Live pto, good closed center hydraulics, plenty of power.
