Anyone reading this thread should remember that asking for neighbors input in these situations is always the first stop.
The old adage that, "it's better to ask forgiveness than to ask for permission" can get expensive.
I checked with a neighbor before removing a junk fence last fall and he even offered to come with his equipment and help. There was also the matter of the steel posts I removed. I asked if he wanted them, nope, just happy to see the mess cleaned up. | |
