And they have a flavor all of their on compared to other pepper. A while back was looking at hot sauce at grocery store and saw some Louisiana brand hot sauce labeled Hotter. So I got a bottle of it. I got a surprise the firest time I used some. Looking close at the back label it said habanero pepper
