My first wife used to can green beans with a habanero in the jar. They were too hot for a lot of people, I could eat them...my daughter's boyfriend at the time was addicted to them.
I grew some good jalapenos this year, been making fresh salsa with tomatoes out of the garden...best thing about this time of year...
