East Central Arkansas | We normally keep ours in one of our refrigerators. Our soil sticks to them real bad so I wash with the garden hose nozzle. I cut the tops off but not down into the carrot. Allow them to air dry off and but in plastic ice bags for storage. I put a twist tie on the bag but not real tight. They should keep 6 months easily if good carrots. Still have a few we raised last winter. | |
