Mazon, IL | With the killing frost we had I needed to pick the remaining peppers. I had an over abundance of habaneros off just 2 plants so decided to try and make some habanero sauce. 75 peppers went into these Eight 4 ounce jars.
I did remove the seeds to try and reduce the heat but this stuff is HOT. I like hot but this might even be a bit much for me.
