I suggest you experiment with mixing it with ketchup or Miracle Whip as a sauce. With Miracle Whip, you may find that it makes a sauce better than tartar sauce for fish. At one time, I was able to get a pepper sweet relish that I mixed with mayo or Miracle Whip & made a fantastic tartar sauce.
Mixed with other products…( barbecue sauce?) will cut the heat.
