Glad you got some benefit. My main purpose of discussing this stuff is not to convinde anyone to do any specific thing or diet, but to encourage them to at least think about it and do their own research and make up their own mind on what is best for them.

My other purpose is more self centered. By typing something out it for public consumption it forces me to make what sometimes are kind of fuzzy thoughts in the back of my head more focused. It forces me to evaluate my own thoughts and opinions in a more focused way. Oftten times the discussion will force me to dig even deeper to make sure my own opinion and thoughts are actually valid and are worthy of keeping them of if they need to change.

You and I have both found out that what we put in our mouth can severely affect how we feel and our overall health.

Wife and I are heavily meat based but I would not call us carnivore. Very low carb and often times or most time ketogenic with meat or animal products being probably 90-95% of our food intake.
