Pittsburg, Kansas
Texas Road House Road Kill (hamburger steak) is good. Two sides choose from steamed veggies which is brocolii and carrots (they will usually hold the carrots if you ask them), chilli or salad. The chilli does probably have some sugar because it will raise my blood sugar some but not too bad. What I really like is double chilli with the Road Kill but that will raise my blood sugar a little more.

Or a real steak and one of those sides.

Almost any BBQ place. Just get the dry rub and not the sugary syrup sauces. The dry rub nearly always has a little sugar added but usually not too bad. A side of smoked Polish or other kind of sausage to add some variety.

Wife and I have eaten at Rib Crib for lunch several times in the last couple months. Lunch special is two meats and one side. They have green beans or salad for side that is fairly low carb.

McDouble or double quarter pounder at McDonalds. Order without bun and kettchup or just throw away the bun and pay omage to a wheat farmer. The bun thrown away is probably no worse than throwig away the plastic carton they serve it in when ordered with no bun. You can add as many pattties as you want for meat volume. Extra patties price is listed on the order Kiosk under each burger.

None of the eating out places is prefect but you can still do pretty good and not completely blow the carb bank.

Kind of deepends also if you are low carb or actually fully carnivore. Of course the veggies are out if you are carnivore.
