Yes. These are always the last to be picked and a couple of frosts help them get sweeter. They are quite good eating whole late in the season and we picked a few for applesauce earlier than normal to lighten the load. I like them best picked late and used for chunky applesauce. Hard to beat a Honeycrisp for eating though.
