SW Minnesota | I used to get that. It was always worse in the morning. About 20 years ago I I figured out that if I was sleeping on my back I should not use a pillow. My wife always likes to have those big decorative pillows on the bed. I always throw the one on my side oof the bed on the floor. I keep a flat pillow on my side. If I sleep on my side I fold that flat pillow so it is small so my head falls off when I roll on my back. For the last 20 years it has been 100% effective. I am 68. I am hoping that helps keep my posture strait too. | |
