Highland Center, in Southeast Iowa | thefoolishfarmer - 10/31/2024 05:35 I feel stupid asking what could be going on, but I heard there are no stupid questions, only stupid answers LOL. Anyway, for the last month or so I've had an annoying pain in the back, right side of my neck and it goes from behind my ear on down into the top of my shoulder. It's really bothersome because of running equipment constantly looking over my right shoulder... such as plowing or discing. I don't recall straining or hurting myself, but this pain just appeared and doesn't seem to be leaving! Any ideas other than break down and going to a doctor?
Read no other replies at all, but in your shoes, I'd break down and go to a ^^Good^^ chiropractor. A ^^Good^^ chiro is one who will do his best to give you relief, and if s/he isn't able to do that, s/he will recommend you see a medical doctor. Initially, a medical doctor is going to prescribe pain relief meds and a muscle relaxant and maybe that will help. Maybe it won't. Then s/he'll delve deeper into the issue. Etc. It could take weeks/months. If a ^^Good^^ chiro is able to correct the issue, pain will be taken care of in a matter of minutes or slightly more. MHO. |
