I definitely do not think I have the answers for Alzheimer's. But I am willing to listen to presentations from people who have had first hand experience and have had some positive improvements.

My guess is there are multiple causes of Alzheimers. Not one single simple thing to solve it. If so there are probably also multiple lifestyle changes that could either improve or make worse the potential of Alzheimers. We can't change our genetics but we do have power to change our lifestyle.

I am willing to listen to possibilities. Some of them might actually be worthwhile.

I have my doubts that a pill will ever be the ultimate cure.

I think ketones fueling the brain when it is resistant to using glucose makes sense. Seems logical to me.
