It's really not rocket science, what you laid out is really all you need. My real limited experience is that if you're getting beans in boxes, you'll want to be able to treat into another box, let that sit for awhile, few hours at least, then transfer from that box to another. That does 2 things, keeps the beans from setting up in the box (hopefully), and keeps the excess mess contained to as few boxes as you can. And there will be a mess. Also I wouldn't bank on them being as pretty and consistent as the beans coming out of a treater, but what does that mean at the end of the day dollar-wise? Probably not a lot.
