NW MN		Agree.
Also not sure why you would build in city limits. Depends on the lot I suppose. I’m somewhat familiar with Moorehead but definitely not on what property the city owns.

The new industrial park is the area east & south of the RDO dealership. City website says up to 500 some acres to develop. The city owns the section that the weigh scale on I 94 is on the north edge of the
