All i can say is i've never seen it.  Maybe a 1/4 pt or so but nothing what's be bantered around in the posts above.....ever.  I've seen it rain 4-5" on 14% corn only to have it 13 in 3 days.  

We live in the land of dry corn harvest too.  

Beans and milo, oh yeah, corn, nope.
