They are looking for an in to buy land just like the rest of the funds trying to buy Ag land, I am betting that it is not all Nebraska money, maybe even not all US money, Once they get enough holdings what is to say they cannot sell it to a foreign entity or some out for blood equity firm (not saying they are not)
