What are you running for a main? If the field is that flat how about a lift station?

have a ditch running 3/4 of a mile on the side of the 240 acres ---planning on multiple 8" mains each one with a foot or more bubble up on the end
The ditch is just barely deep enough I want the mains deep enough so we can plow right over it
Learned watching Liebrecht lay tile when I was waiting for them to add a pony motor setup to our plow
Plowing over the main and plowing both ways speeds the process
working on planning the mains today ---Think about 130 hook ups
IF we loose ditch depth --1/2 mile run of electricity will fix the problem We have a long wiper irrigator on the farm
So we have electricity available

Love laying tile ---love planning

Dan

Add Think I can count on getting .1% slope on the mains Between 15 and 20 acres per main 10-15 hooks per main run 360' run each way
Probably go both ways with 2 --8" going into a bubble up 5 outlets some of the laterals will be much shorter than 2200 feet some only 1400'
Critiques appreciated

Add I check the laser for levelness every morning just like suggested 500'+ out turn it 3X better read the same

Could you explain what bubble up for the 8” mains means?
Thanks.
