Basis in the Mississippi River cash market is not really indicating "burdensome supply" for the export and crush program.  Not necessarily saying the crop wasn't good- just saying that as soon as the spot selling over scales to finish got finished, and the flat price isn't exciting enough to get farmers to start bin augers, the basis and carry picture changed dramatically in just a handful of days "here".
