Fairfield County, Ohio, USA | As far as I understand it:
AgFiniti app: available on Android and iOS. I have used it on my iPhone before, to see maps and acreage of things we've done in the past. For example, a couple of weeks ago I was riding in a combine as my brother drove, after dark. We were opening the field and trying to figure out how far away we were from the perpendicular headland passes. Because I'd previously synced our planting data into AgFiniti, I pulled the field up on AgFiniti on my iPhone, which let me see exactly where we were. (We don't have a display in the combine, yet.) As far as I know, this app is only useful to view maps and data that are already in AgFiniti.
AgFiniti Mobile app: available only on iPadOS. It can do what the AgFiniti app can do, but also more. Specifically:
- sync data from InCommand displays (either in hotspot mode or regular wifi mode)
- supports DisplayCast (so that you can see the current location of each display, along with its current activity, and the status of the fields. also lets you show up on other displays so that they can see your location too)
- allow you to remotely view and control InCommand displays (if you have permission to and the display's current operator agrees)
