Slicker than a Yes album. | I turned a "I think I can make candy again like we did as kids" into a nice pocket money hobby a the local farmers market. Started with basic caramel, fudge and caramel corn. Now I have 20 flavors, 10 kinds of fudge, caramel corn flavors and fruit cake at Christmas. Most people buy because they just need a few things and don't want a whole batch of jalapeno caramels to deal with. It's been fun and have met a lot of new friends at the market. Christmas is busy, of course, but people still like a little treat all through the year. And they don't have to deal with the clean up mess!
