The same patty and bun are available all the time at several different food locations outside of McDs. The local pork producers have them at the fair, several gas stations have them in food warmers every day. McDs brings them back as a novelty to increase traffic. About the only difference is in all of them is the sauce used and how fresh they are prepared.
