My brother had pain in one arm that would not resolve and no apparent injury. Turned out was a pinched nerve in the neck. Had to have an operation relieving the pressure on the nerve cord. Wished he had seen about it sooner as he lost a lot of muscle in that arm via atrophy. The operation did resolve his pain.
